Passengers should arrive at Clarence 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of your train, to allow time to check-in and choose preferred seating.

Zig Zag Railway is a family friendly venue offering visitors the chance to experience heritage steam travel on the original rail path down the picturesque western escarpment of the Blue Mountains – almost exactly as it was in the late 1800s.
Travel on our restored steam hauled passenger service through tunnels and across stone viaducts.
Enjoy our picnic facilities, grab some mementos, or purchase food and drinks at our iconic Container Café.
We offer free parking and bathroom facilities, and our stations are all wheelchair accessible.
